We also introduced a unique solution: a simple blank feeder positioned at 15 degrees relative to the moving die. With this design, the feeding of the part aligns much more closely with the movement of the die compared to other market solutions, which typically sit at 45 degrees or similar.
This innovation significantly improves tool lifespan, as the part undergoes much less stress when it is introduced into the rolling process.
