This structural robustness is the cornerstone of our identity, and it is what allowed many workshops to operate uninterrupted for decades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">However, as the years went by, we realized that we needed to combine this traditional mechanical strength with <strong>greater agility and operational control<\/strong> tailored to modern times.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">First Milestones: Servos and Introduction to 15 Degrees<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On this path of innovation, Saspi became the very <strong>first <a href=\"https:\/\/saspi.es\/en\/fastener-machinery\/\">thread-rolling machine<\/a><\/strong> <strong>manufacturer to introduce a servo-controlled blank feeder<\/strong>. This was a pioneering technology that most manufacturers in the sector have since adopted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We also introduced a unique solution: <strong>a simple blank feeder positioned at 15 degrees relative to the moving die<\/strong>. With this design, the feeding of the part aligns much more closely with the movement of the die compared to other market solutions, which typically sit at 45 degrees or similar. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This innovation significantly improves tool lifespan, as the part undergoes much less stress when it is introduced into the rolling process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The Leap to Visual and Intuitive Control<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-8f761849 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To meet this growing need, we gradually integrated significant advancements into our production lines.
